2013-2015
While researching about Vietnamese American artists in the US, I came across works from Tomas Vu, currently a professor at the School of the Arts of Columbia University. His imagery is mind-blowing to me. I was most fascinated with his series of prints/mix media depicting
"a fantastical journey through the stages of a hallucinatory vision," - Dark Side of the Moon. Some inspiring thoughts for future project on manipulating space within the print/canvas/paper.
Gah! I love these! When i first saw them I Didn't realize the scale, so cool!
ReplyDeleteThe layering on these is incredible. I'd love to see them in person!
